Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, compensation & benefits).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficient in HR systems, Google Workspace, Project Management software.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseeing all HR matters for Mantappu Corp. and its subsidiary companies.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations, including mandatory reporting and employee benefits administration.
  • Lead and supervise daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all HR processes.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring decisions, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and compliance cases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, payroll administration, compensation, and benefits processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance reviews and development planning.
  • Design and implement L&D and Engagement programs aligned with company needs.
  • Manage compensation structures and total rewards strategies to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
  • Ensure proper HR documentation, data management, and reporting accuracy.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive company image as an employer of choice.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.
