Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience or strong interest in Sales, Partnership, Business Development, or Marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and relationship building.
- Able to negotiate effectively with potential clients and partners.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and solution-oriented.
- Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with talents and business partners, including identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Prepare, update, and negotiate talent rate cards based on profit-sharing calculations and performance evaluation.
- Handle custom negotiation deals and special pricing bundles for specific campaigns.
- Coordinate with Partnership teams (Inbound, Cross-sell, Outbound) to support brand and campaign needs.
- Support project pitching and partnership discussions with clients.
- Assist tax and legal discussions related to partnership agreements.
- Monitor and manage partnership CRM tools (Qontak).
- Conduct research and discussions to support partnership and campaign planning.
- Oversee overall partnership flow from negotiation to execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partnership execution.
