Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law (Business Law, Civil Law, or Criminal Law).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Officer or Legal Staff; experience in startups, talent management companies, agencies, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, civil law, and legal compliance.
  • Experienced in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including agreements, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, internal policies, and other legal documents for both internal and external purposes.
  • Conduct legal review of agreements from clients, vendors, and business partners while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  •  Assist the Senior Legal in providing legal opinions, legal research, and legal analysis related to business operations and corporate matters.
  • Manage legal documentation, maintain legal databases, and ensure proper filing of company legal documents and licenses.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Project, Partnership, Finance, HR, Secretary of Director, and other departments) regarding legal matters and contract execution.
  • Liaise with external parties such as clients, vendors, notaries, government institutions, and regulators when required.
  • Support licensing, permit applications, and corporate legal administration.
  • Prepare daily and weekly legal reports and monitor the progress of ongoing legal matters.
  • Ensure company legal compliance and proactively identify potential legal risks.
  •  Perform other legal-related assignments as directed by the Senior Legal.
