As a KOL Specialist, your role includes researching and identifying potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who align with the agency's goals and values, managing MCN's TikTok platform, and cultivating strong relationships with KOLs. You will be responsible for initiating outreach campaigns to build connections and partnerships with KOLs, effectively communicating the agency's mission and value proposition. In addition, your responsibilities include negotiating contracts and agreements with KOLs, including terms, deliverables, and compensation, while continuously monitoring the performance and impact of KOL collaborations using relevant metrics. You will also play a critical role in providing regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI to internal stakeholders.
