Qualification

  • Highly creative with strong storytelling ability with minimum 1 year experience in the similar field.
  • Up-to-date with social media trends and platform dynamics
  • Strong visual taste and deck-building skills (Google Slides, Canva, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
  • Experienced in content research, planning, and reporting
  • Able to write clear scripts in proper Bahasa Indonesia (EYD compliant)
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their tools, including content optimization features and performance analytics.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, responsive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with production-based schedules and willing to travel for content production
  • Basic to advanced video editing skills are a plus.
  • Experience working with creator-led content or YouTube-based content production is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop short-term and long-term organic content strategies across social media platforms.
  • Create weekly and monthly content plans.
  • Write storylines and scripts for social media content.
  • Prepare all creative materials needed for production (references, decks, props, run-downs, etc.).
  • Conduct research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Lead the creative direction during content production and shoots.
  • Ensure high content quality from ideation through final output.
  • Manage and monitor posting schedules for non-branded content.
  • Analyze content performance and prepare regular reports and insights.
  • Act as the PIC for external communications related to non branded content shoots.
  • Prepare decks or proposals for non-commercial collaborations (if needed).
  • Contribute actively in brainstorming, concepting, scheduling, and shooting with related teams.
  • Provide proactive solutions and creative improvements.
